This Douro wine was made by João Brito e Cunha. The man behind Churchill's wines, Quinta do Couquinho, Quinta de São José and Ázeo. With a dark rosed colour almost ruby it has a mature red fruit aroma. It's also spiced. Nowadays is more round and balanced then it was when was lauched. It has good structure and medium/long finish. Nice wine this one!
