Clean with a dark citric colour. Having aromas like tea and toast, as well some freshness and acidity it hasn´t persitence.

14%. Made with 50% Touriga Nacional, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Syrah. Beautiful wine this one. Clean with a dark ruby colour it's truly aromatic. Pepper, black fruit, matured plums, dried cherries, coffee, mint and also some balsamic notes. Alive tannins but without being agressivs. Long finish.



Casa de Santa Vitória Touriga Nacional 2007

14%. Dark ruby colour, very fruity with black cherries, blackberries and balsamic notes as aroma. Very agressiv in the mouth but with nice acidity and finish.

Inevitável 2005

Made with Touriga Nacional and Syrah. Clean with a dark ruby colour. Aromas like cherry, pepper, strawberry jam and herbs. Well balanced. Nice finish.

Casa de Santa Vitória Cabernet Sauvignon 2007

Very interesting Cabernet Sauvignon.
14%. Dark ruby colour almost opaque. Aromas like capsicum, chocolate, mint and cabagge. Truly alive tannins because it's still raw. Very dry. Long finish.

Myrtus Reserva Arinto 2008

14%. Clean wine with straw colour slightly green. Vanilla aroma as well as floral (maybe from american oak). Orange tree leaves. In the mouth is dry, more than people are used to drink. Medium finish.

Acushla (Olive oil)

Extra virgin olive oil. It has a green colour with a fruity aroma. Very elegant with low acidity and a really spicy finish.

Tapada dos Monges Espadeiro 2008

10,5%. Clean with a red rosed colour. Has aromas like strawberries and blueberries. High acidity and somehow proper. Different.

Quinta da Murta 2008

12,5%. Made with Arinto this citric wine has aromas like lime and champagne. Very dry wine which is characteristic from Arinto in Bucelas region. Fresh and average acidity. Nice finish.

Victorino 2007

UAW!!!
14,5%. 100% Tempranillo. Very clean vision. Having a dark ruby colour we can find aromas like milk chocolate, wild fruits jam and smashed strawberries. Fresh. Strong tannins to last several years. Great finish.

Cheval des Andes 2004

13,5%. Made with Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot this is a really surprise! Dark violet colour with strong aromas like chocolate, red fruits and several different spices. It's also spicy. It's full bodied and has a long finish. Very good wine!

Clos de los Siete 2004

15,2%. Made with 100% Malbec grape variety. Clean and truly aromatic. Having a ruby colour it has aromas like olives, mature red fruit and mint. Interesting wine which has medium body and finish.

Esporão Private Selection Reserva 2001

14%. Clean with a toasted yellow colour. We could found aromas like smoke, wood and toast. With 9 years it still has a nice acidity and a long finish.

Pinto Viognier & Chardonnay 2007

14%, clean, tropical colour and aroma. Pinneapple, banana and passion fruit. Spicy. It has interesting acidity but short volume. Medium finish.
